AVOCADO SALSA


1 pound grape tomatoes, quartered
2 avocados cut in chunks
1 cup of fresh or frozen cooked corn
2 tablespoons fresh, finely chopped cilantro
Juice of one lime
Salt to taste

Toss ingredients together in a bowl and serve with tortilla chips, or with dinner as a side.

Works great with fish. This salsa is rich in fiber, vitamin C, and potassium.
