Dear Friends,
October and autumn are upon us.
This is the season of the year between summer and winter, lasting from the autumnal equinox to the winter solstice and from September to December in the Northern Hemisphere.
This is a time to reflect on summer memories; enjoy the array of colors which adorn our landscape. Begin preparations for shorter day light hours. It is a transition time for us as well as nature.
Philip Dunn, Olympian, will be in town for the Portland marathon. Please join him at the WOW Walk Club on Saturday, October 6 at 9:00 am.
Stop by the Walking Booth to say HI at the Portland Marathon expo at the Hilton Friday, 10/5, and Saturday 10/6.
Thank you for your interest in Footsteps for Health. I'd enjoy hearing from you!
Enjoy each day for the wonders it offers us.
Judy
