Quote to Remember

"If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are heading."
– Lao-Tzu

"All that is necessary to break the spell of inertia and frustration is this: Act as if it were impossible to fail."
– Dorothea Brande

Dear Friends,

I hope you’ve noticed the incredible colors of the leaves as we in the Northwest enjoy some amazing days of blue skies and sunshine. Autumn is a wonderful display of our environment in transition as nature prepares to turn inward in prepartion for new beginnings. It's that time of year for fun and festivites as the little goblins and ghouls make the trick-or-treat rounds; when the hours of daylight diminish each day, challenging us to keep moving; testing our resolve to eat healthy.

What will you be doing as we transition into the holiday season?

Cheers!

Judy

Please email all entries to judy@erofit.com and include your name and mailing address.

Recipe: Pumpkin Muffins

As you are carving your Jack-o-lanterns, save those pumpkin guts for this yummy treat.

If you are a low-maintenence baker, just buy a can of pumpkin puree!
