Dear Friends,
With the winter holidays upon us, now is the time to enjoy friends and family, to appreciate the great things we have in our lives and to look forward to an exciting and challenging new year. This is a time for abundant expectancy, rather than abundant expectations. Rather than feeling guilty about holiday activities, accept that there are times when maintaining what you have accomplished is an achievement. Life is a balancing act. Just as with walking – Loose is Power. The more relaxed you are, the more powerful you become.
Be good to yourself — Relax and enjoy!!
Thank you for your interest in Footsteps for Health. I'd enjoy hearing from you!
Happy Holidays and may the joy of the season fill your heart.

And, if there is something you'd like to ask me, simply email me and I'll add it to the site to possibly help others! Remember, no question is silly as it may be something someone else can learn/benefit from.

This highly acclaimed recipe has been included in each edition of my Sports Nutrition Guidebook. It's just too good to delete! Athletes love this banana bread for fueling up before and refueling after hard workouts. For best results, use bananas covered with lots of brown speckles.
